Info
There are two types of registration for Sign Language Interpreters:
Fully qualified (Registered Sign Language Interpreter or RSLI) and trainee (Trainee Sign Language Interpreter or TSLI). You can check whether your interpreter is registered or not by asking to see their ID card or by visiting the National Registers of Communication Professionals working with Deaf and Deafblind people (NRCPD), and entering the name of your interpreter into the Register Check box. If your interpreter is not listed here, then they are not registered.
